Reporter Allison Linn does a good job of covering the toll on staff, the broad mix of customers, the blend of hope and uncertainty, and the variety of benefits available (from the obvious - training and job leads - to the overlooked - a place to be social and escape the loneliness of unemployment).

Thanks for the link back to us at Worksystems! I was at the Center with the reporter and she said that she really wanted the story to be hopeful and focus on training opportunities. I think that came across. It was amazing to see how eager people were to share their personal stories and how much they appreciated the Center.
